Refund Policy

Refund Policy for DollarHat.com
 

At DollarHat.com, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please read our refund policy below for all the details on returns and exchanges.
 

Returns:

  • You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to return your purchase for a refund or exchange.

  • To be eligible for a return, items must be in new, unused condition with all original packaging and tags attached.

  • We do not accept returns on sale items, gift cards, or personalized/custom products.
     

Refunds:

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds are typically issued within 5-7 business days.

  • Refunds will be credited back to the original method of payment (credit/debit card, PayPal, etc.).

  • Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable. The cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or the wrong item was shipped.
     

Exchanges:

  • If you received a damaged or defective item, we will gladly exchange it for the correct item or issue a full refund.

  • To initiate an exchange, please contact us within 30 days of receiving the product.

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
     

How to Return an Item:

  1. Contact our customer service team at mmalele@hawaii.edu or 808-772-2406 with your order number and reason for return.

  2. You will receive return instructions along with a return authorization number (RAN) if your return is approved.

  3. Package the item securely and include all original packaging and paperwork.

  4. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method. You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
     

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at mmalele@hawaii.edu or 808-772-2406. We will resolve the issue by either sending a replacement or issuing a full refund at no extra cost to you.

  • You must notify us of any damages or errors within 3 days of receiving your order.
     

Cancellations:

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, we may not be able to cancel or modify your order if it has already been processed for shipment.
     

Non-Refundable Items:

  • Certain items are non-returnable and non-refundable, including:

    • Sale items

    • Gift cards

    • Personalized/custom items
       

Changes to Refund Policy:

  • We reserve the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be reflected here on this page.
